Confidentiality:

a.Nandani Medical Laboratories and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, confidential, or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the business relationship. b. Both parties shall use reasonable efforts to protect and prevent the unauthorized disclosure of such information.

Warranty and Liability:

a. Nandani Medical Laboratories warrants that its services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. b. Nandani Medical Laboratories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services or products. c. Nandani Medical Laboratories’s liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

Termination:

a. Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice to the other party. b. Upon termination, all outstanding payments shall become immediately due and any licenses or rights granted under this Agreement shall terminate.
